• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

When using TradeStial, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or gain unauthorized access.
• Copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our prior consent.

4. Trading Data and User Content

• You retain ownership of the data you upload (e.g., trades, notes, analytics).
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely to operate and improve the Service.
• If you choose to share trades publicly, they may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for what you share.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, design, trademarks, and content provided by TradeStial are owned by or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and payment details will be disclosed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy provided at purchase.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your subscription.

7. No Financial Advice

• TradeStial is a trading analytics and journaling tool. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• Any insights, analytics, or data on the platform are for informational purposes only.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
• TradeStial is not liable for any financial losses resulting from trades made using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analytics, or error-free performance. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeStial, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or trading outcomes).
• Any claim exceeding the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeStial, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of the rights of others.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
• For users outside India: You agree that disputes will still be resolved under Indian law, but you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.
